What we collect

When you register as a sponsor or vendor we collect what you type into the form: business name, your name, email, phone, website, business type, license number, package and notes. We also record which page you first landed on, the referring site and any campaign tags in the link (like utm_source), so we know which promotions work.

How we use it

To process your registration, send your invoice, and contact you about Canna Camp. We don’t sell or rent your information.

Where it lives

Form submissions are stored by our host, Netlify, and sent to the High Peaks Event Production inbox. This site doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies. Your age confirmation, theme choice and campaign tags are saved in your own browser storage.

Your choices

Ask us to see, correct or delete your information by replying to any email from us or by using the registration form’s notes field.
